Ok, what bout the 2 defensive sliders on gameplay settind on ball defense assist and physical defense?

The On-Ball Physical Defense slider affects players bumping and bouncing off each other. Turn that slider down and you'll experience less player contact.

What bout on-ball defense assisst. Does it make your man play man-to-man better? Also do you want to set boundary forcefield lower or higher to make men not step out as easy. I would think higher buy maybe lower means the out of bounds line shrinks.
