Editing draftpicks in .dbf files

Is it possible to assign the draftpicks from one team to another?
In real life the lakers traded Rush for a second round pick to charlotte and

I tried to reproduce this in my NBA Live Roster but I found no way to assign the bobcats 2nd round pick to the lakers.

Does somebody know in which .dbf file the draft picks are listed and how I can assign them to another team?
