@Gabriel_LorD,
What's your graphics card? I'm guessing you're using GeForce 2 MX400 64MB 64BIT SDR, or a GeForce 4 MX440? Budget or low-end 3d cards do not usually comply with every detail of games nowadays.
I'm assuming that you're playing the game at it's default detail settings? If so, depending on your graphics card, NBA Live sets its default settings based on the capabilities of your card. In your case, it might be at a default detail setting of MEDIUM. You can try to set it at HIGH, though you'll have to give up a significant amount of gameplay performance.
You can manually set the detail settings of the game by going to (from the main menu of NBA Live):
OPTIONS --> DETAIL SETTINGS
I'm not sure about this but perhaps you can see options there like turning ON the bench players (reserve players), lighting, etc.. If you still cannot see the bench players, try to turn Environment to medium or high. Goodluck!
