in dynasty mode when you get pda that one of your players is retiring the pc ask you if you want to retire his jersey?
what i have to do than to retire his jersey and see it in ea hall of fame??

you have to select yes to the pda response. then you can view it in "my nba live"

Don't forget to save the settings after.
