How do you put player stats in proper order or print them?

I played a game and then looked at the player stats, but I wanted to view them in order of the most points to the least, but when I held the mouse over the column it highlighted it but didn't switch the order when I clicked on the column. Usually that's all you do like in Madden. What am I doing wrong.

Also, is there a way that I can print those stats of the game by pressing F1 or something. I'd like to be able to print the game and player stats sometimes. If they can be saved, what file will I find them in?
