Does the computer ever try and make a trade with you??

In previous lives (not 04') the cpu made all kind of trade offers to you and other teams, but they have made it alot more realistic by tuning it down quite a bit. I have yet to receive a trade offer so far though

i experiene it. the 1st time with Lakers but i forgot. they want walton and giving someone else. i rejected it.
the 2nd time with my charlotte dynasty, Nets offer planinic for tamar slay. but i rejected it and then i counter offer. i trade t. slay for planinic and 2nd round pick and they accepted.

it's very rare- i was simming a dynasty on gamecube last night with the bobcats and in 2006 miami offered Damon Jones for Gerald Wallace (aw hell no 
)

i didnt expirience it yet.. i wonder why....
hmmm.... but when im going to trade players i can see that the interest bar for my players are high but no one msg me for trade....

They do offer trades to you but not frequently enough, I've only experienced it about 3 times in probably 6 years of dynasty play.
