Phoenix Sun's coach's head is purple!

Does anyone else have the coach of the Suns have a purple head? I almost thought the new coach of the Suns was the head guy for the "Blue Man Group" at first glance. How do you fix this or what is causing this?

Could this be due to the roster set I used.

It's most likely an issue with a patch you're using.
