How to add missing players ???

Hi everybody...

can anybody of you tell me how to add missing players like new laker Tony Bobbitt or New Orleans' Corsley Edwards into my running season. I'm still using Andrews updated roster V1.01 and some guys are not in it !

Simply create them. I don't do anything special to add players to the roster, I just create them from within the game and where necessary, edit some of their hidden attributes with DB Commander (Draft information, for example).

Allright - Just for the dump

I created Tony Bobbitt and saved the roster. Everything's fine when reloading it - Bobbitt and other created players appear as they should in the free-agent pool.
But when I load my season and look for the created players to sign them they are not available ?! So where is my mistake ?!
As far as I see the game it's impossible to create one during the season.

Right, right. Yeah, there's no Create-a-Player in Dynasty/Season mode and editing the default rosters won't affect a season in progress. You would need to create new database entries for the created players, but it's really easy to mess up your Dynasty files doing this. Make sure you create a backup before editing the DBF files of a saved game.

Okay - that means I simply have to create a new player in the players.dbf of my season? Anything about appearance.dbf ?

Yeah, you will need to create corresponding entries in appearance.dbf as well.
