Leadtek Winfast A340T 128MB AGP Video Card?

What do you guys feel on this? I need a new video card and this one is $99.99cdn. So I was curious if people have opinions. I don't want to spend a lot on this so thats why im wondering

it's a decent card, not great but decent. I think it will be worth the money (although I have no idea how a Cdn $ values up to an Euro)
