Will the game crash if I dont add all 11 .viv files back for my create a player? I say this because I used Bob Sura as my player model, and all it looks is like my face on his skeleton...meaning looks nothing like me. Perhaps if we leave out 1 or a few of these files...it will be more less a default headshape?

If someone understands where i'm coming from, then which file could i leave out to make it just a default round head model?

I ran across this actually when i didnt understand how to do this, and essentially had a pink headed player lol, the facial structure was default, so im hoping this can give us a better chance for likeness on our create a ballers.

I actually thought of this, but the game would totally crash when I didn't all the files back in. I'm no expert, so I might have been doing something else wrong too. Ya never know

If we can figure this out we will be set...I say this because even w/o the .viv* files for my player the head was all pink and the game didnt crash...perhaps were onto something. I will eleimnate the files one by one, and test , least w/ default head shaps we can get better cyberface likeness. espescially for us nobody's lol.

Heres an idea. There is a thread about custom art just being put in the sgsm folder. Now if we added all the files to there, and tool out ones we didnt need, the game may no nescessarily crash. I mean look at it this way
-my dbf files were edited
-I had no files added

the reuslt from this again was a pink headed player. I'm thinkin were onto somethin here. Not a huge break through, but it would keep us from sharing headshapes w/ NBA players.

that's actually what i did with my first stab at my cyberface, just dumped everything in the sgsm folder, and took out some parts to see if it would read maybe just one file if it was in the sgsm folder, and the rest from what is actually permanently installed into the game, but it didn't work out for me, even if i put the bhed in the sgsm folder and had everything else imported permanently into the game, it would still use the bhed that was permanently installed.

it seems to want it all or nothing.

don't let me saying that discourage you from trying, because it's more than likely i screwed up. you should try it yourself. don't trust me.

Do u remember if your screw up was the dbf file? That was one of my main screw ups one time.

Name the file u dont want differently and it wont show up in the game. Trust me my cyberface wouldnt show up cause i had the face.viv file named ie: mijorda_.fsh this may be the break were looking for, because the game worked w/o it , my player was just back to the pink face with the Bobby Sura shaped head...Get what im saying...leave the files, just ad a dash or rename the one u dont want to work, and i think were onto something!
