there are already posts ALL OVER about all of this- believe me i know because i've asked many of them 
---i'm not surprised that nobody has responded to this, i'm actually surprised you haven't gotten flamed for it.....just look around a bit, you'll find your answers. and if you still need more help- PM someone who seems to know what they're doing

Why u surprised? Nothing gives a full tutorial step by step, so thats all I was asking. Things have changed alot and any help on a full tutorial would be 100% appreciated.
