tim duncan ballfake

i have a question. i have a ps2 gamepad installed in my pc. tim duncan's dribble is 46. if he is standing still, holding the ball, i hold UP on my right analog stick, he turns sideways. jermaine o'neal's dribble is 44. same position, if i hold UP on my right analog stick. j. oneal does the ballfake (the one that he holds the ball with 2 hands and he bends down).
how can that happen? i tried to increase duncans dribble to 48 and he can now do what j.oneal does(guards do the same).

how can j.oneal have lower dribble(compared to duncans 46,which is closer to guards ratings) and do that move?

now, duncan's dribble at 48. hold UP in right analog stick=bend down ballfake( which i think he uses in real life). but if i hold RIGHT right analog stick, he does a fakepass ballfake( i dont think duncan ever uses this). is there a way to make duncan capable of doing the benddown ballfake but not the fakepass ballfake?

im not sure if the bend down ballfake is what tim duncan uses in real life. but im sure he does something close to it before he shoots his bank shot.

how do i edit a players height, shooting range? i want to lower tim duncan's height but i cant.
