new created player cannot be seen in edit player screen

why does the new player with new cyberface created cannot be seen in edit screen, I've used rick fox cyberface for template, but the game halts when entering the edit screen, I can still play him though in the other game modes but when i want to edit his gears and anything, the screen just stops.
