dynasty sim quarter length

hi fellas. i play 6 min quarters in my dynasty, but i haven't been able to work out how to make the rest of the teams sim 12 min quarters during the season. from memory, last season it was a straight-forward dynasty option when you started a new one.

any help would be appreciated.
