Im sorry NBA Live....U SUCK!

i've been playin this game for a month and its already boringly in my closet catching dust...what is wrong with EA...they could of done a lot better job on this game..

Dude this game is so much fun. It is tons more realistic than last year. Of course it has its minor issues with certain features but I enjoy the gameplay so much more especially in close games. The 3 point contest is kinda fun, but a little too easy. The Dunk Contest and Dunk Challenge are tons of fun when playing with a group of people. Overall I think this game will have more replay value than any of the previous NBA Live games to date. All we need now is a 3on3 game to make it that much more fun like back on Live 98 SNES.

Well ... I had no problems with last years game except for a few issues - the dynasty mode was kind of bad last year. This year, that seems to be fixed and I love the new simulation intervention feature. I've been running a dynasty with the Clipps and I only play the fourth quarters. Right now, my record is 8 - 10. I recently beat Indiana by one point (78-77) but I lost to Minnesota after holding a 5 point lead with less than 2 minutes left. This game is a lot more exciting. It has a lot of the stuff that Live '04 missed. The trades and free agent signings are a lot better too. I think EA did a splendid job with this. Can't wait until it's time to draft those rookies (I have so many ideas for that - guys wait for my dynasty to come out soon).

I thought that was what NBA Street was for?

Only thing that kills me is how I defend these guys every year, telling all my friends how much better this game will be than the last... holding out hope that one day they'll actually get it right, only to be made to look like an idiot upon its release.

Swear to god, I might actually go back to live 2000 until they shoe and jersey patches start coming out.

Nice generalization. I'm assuming you can play as the Bobcats and blow away Dallas by 30 points on superstar mode. Anyhoo, I figured out the game thanks to its simple repetitive offense, so count me out

The only things I'm ticked about are things that I loved in 2004 (stat saving, full customization of controller, and the nice menus) that are absent in 2005. if you didn't think 2004 sucked, but 2005 does....then you are slightly confused.

I like this year, mainly because they fixed a lot of quirks/exploits that cheap human players like to do a lot. And they also added/changed some things to make them less exploitable.

See the challenge should come from solid NBA strategy! THis game is the same as last year from a strategy standpoint(although CPU do take different shots most notably mid range J's). All you have to do is jump the pick n roll rotate with your post players and block jump shots.....it is just to damn easy!

IF they ran plays and if the CPU got back on D.....this game would have been great.

It's frustrating because if they would spend an extra month or add a few new programmers they could have easily made this game great....I think it is time we hold this product accountable.

i'm sorry ya'll........i over reacted and i apologize.....i had just got my gta san andreas when i posted and gta makes all games look like sh*t. my apologies to the fullest. You all are right, but i just had to say something......i love nba live and i am very ashamed of myself for posting this garbage .....anyways i hope u guys forgive me for dissing this magnificent games.
