ok so can anyone give me some tips on ball tosses? its SO HARD.

you just need to practice a lot...
and just a shot in the dark, but I'm guessing you're from northern california

Practice is all I can tell you. Try the dunk school for tutorials.

no but seriously can someone please help me at the dunking? how do people do all the stuff? i mean i can barely pull off a regular dunk and the tosses are like well for me its like 1 out of 20 i can pull off. i just dont know what im doing. theres no explanations. how do they expect people to do dunks without instructions?

You just need more practice so you can get the timing right.

When practicing alley opps for the first time, try standing in front of the rim and toss it towards the rim because its easier than trying to do alley oops from the side.

And its probably easier to use a controller with the analog sticks than a keyboard.

when u throw a toss ... hit the gather button about half a second after you toss ... then hit the trick button to do your trick. If you do that, you can catch the ball a high percentage of time in mid air.

Game Modes > Slam Dunk School > View Beginner Tutorial.
