Clear path foul?

I got intentionally fouled from behind on a break... and it wasn't called a clear path foul. Perhaps it happens so rarely that the game designers chose not to implement it?

Yeah, i dont think they have it in this years version. But its not that important. I have only seen this about 3 times in the real NBA.
