ok if they had the players change appearance. weight, hair, muscular build. etc. that would REALLY make it realistic. ya feel me playa?

I'm sure eventually games will do that. If Kirilenko plays for 20 years, he probably won't look like a goofy kid with a mohawk forever. Most guys don't change that much in looks over their career, since they are basically in their prime. They aren't usually balding or going gray. Players should get bulkier after a while.

who's to know what they'll look like in 10 years?
kemp got fat
kobe got beefed up then lost the weight
shaq just lost a ton of weight
but everyone else pretty much stayed the same, IE their playing weight.

and if its not right and there are bugs, its gonna really suck.. who wants to see lebron james at 250 pounds and fat... now he cant dunk... lol
Id rather them have the accuracy there to begin with and stay that way. thats the knowledgeable thing to do.
I'd like them to get more into the Jersey designs and them changing Arena Sponorships, changing Arena's in general.
Something like Madden. Designing the new stadiums and stuff.
But also you could design the new jerseys and court designs.

That would definitely be fun. But I don't want to spend my time in dynasties thinking "I wonder what Lebron will look like in 10 years..." I'd rather spend that time building a dynasty around him. It would be nice, but not very important.

It would be a nice detail, but it would be difficult to implement as far as the cyberfaces are concerned.
