Okay, hypothetical question: What would you choose if you could only choose one:
1. You get to play NBA Live 2005 but you can't watch any NBA games in the upcoming season. Including the Finals, only highlights.
OR
2. You can watch as many NBA games as you wish but can't play NBA Live until 2006 is released. This includes past versions also.

I choose number 1. That's the "bonus" of being European and only getting NBA games on pay-TV (apart from two 1 hour shows that show the highlights of a few games)

Real NBA, no question. Without NBA, you have no Live, or ESPN for that matter.

i would definetly pick watching the nba. i will always have good old GTA:SA to hold me til live 2006. there has been far to many moves for me to miss this upcoming season

I get more involved in LIVE than watching game on TV. If you could only play exhibition, maybe TV then. But with dynasty features, LIVE for sure.

Second of course:) Nba Live is just a video game so I prefer real NBA games:) But hey anyway I will play in nba live and I will watch nba games :lol:

I have many other games that I play, and I will probably be playing Madden 2005 since it comes out tomorrow so I would watch real NBA and watch real NFL and play fake NFL .

Number 2. I love going around to my mates place and playing 4 player nba live, or building a dynasty for the future, but this is the nba. The real nba. Nothing beats the excitment of the playoffs. But I wouldn't play espn just becuase i couldnt play live...

Seeing as though I see a very few number of games live these days (usually a day or so after the event), as long as I could keep up with the highlights and the news on NBA.com I suppose I could take option number one. I'd rather not be forced to make such a choice, obviously.

I'd probably choose #1, because in Australia I only get 2 games a week, so most of the games I see are highlights anyway lol.

As much as I love following the NBA, I'd pick #1 because I do spend more time playing Live than watching the NBA on TV for two reasons: Live can be played anytime when I'm at home but good NBA games happen at a certain time and date, and I'm always busy with school so the most I can make out my NBA experience is to follow scores and highlights on ESPN.com/NBA.com.
