You obviously didn't watch it, it's a dunk contest. They only play defence if they think they can get a huge block (which is sure to get an 'ooooohhh' out of the crowd). I'd like to see EA record a completely different commentary track for the All-Star and Rookie-Soph games, give it a more more arcade-like feel and put in a bunch of cool cut-scenes. In general, just give it a more light hearted atmosphere than the regular season games.
That isn't asking too much.
