There is a lil tutorial Cable Guy made for me about sharpening, hue/saturation, sliders, and contrast on the first page.
About the chin:
After you cut out, take the Marcus Banks on the right on the 1st page. Then put his head at the top and move it down 1px. The top of the heads (or top of fro with banks head) should be at the same spot. Then you can use the hide layer to see if the chins match up. If not resize the picture and keep trying until the chins match up.
When the chins and top of heads match up do the square lasso or whatever its called and highlight the part all below marcus banks. Then delete the part from the picture you used. On both sides start at the side of marcus banks and delete of the parts on your picture that extend out.
Now ctrl+a the enitre space. Copy just you picture. Open a new photoshop space. Make the clipboard 128x128. Paste your picture. If when you paste there is a little white at the bottom because the picture ended up 127 tall just move the picutre down 1px. Now do all the sharpening, hue/saturation, etc.
**After you cut it out if feather then turn the feather to zero or use the rectangle lasso at zero feather and highlight over the players head. Then delete. Sometimes when I use the 1 px feather There is a little spot over the top that didn't get deleted.
