Frenchy, Joker said in the last post he was going to release it tomorrow, meaning today, which is Saturday. But whenever he releases it, it'll be released.

I together with RSox bring you TPU07 Version 2.

This version of portraits improves:

Portraits color balance
:arrow:

Portraits sharpening
:arrow:

Portraits quality

Version 2 includes 1-3 parts portraits (because 4th part was already improved), you'll find ATL, BOS, CHA, CHI, CLE, DAL, DEN, DET, GSW, HOU and IND portraits.

Example:

In the top are portraits before, in the bottom are portraits after improving.

No dooubt it's a sick job!

You know, before I never really cared about the portraits. I just cared that each player had one instead of the stupid "blank" portrait.

But with Joker's work, I realize how much consistent and "clean" portraits can help the presentation of the game. It really adds a lot.

Joker, I noticed that Marcus Williams' portrait of the Nets was not updated in my game. The picture in my game (shows him in his draft day suit and hat) does not match the portrait you have, which is Marcus Williams in his jersey.

All of the other portraits for the Hornets, Nets, and Knicks worked, so it's isolated to just Marcus Williams.

Is anyone else having that problem? What can I do to fix it?

oh yea, i noticed that too RJHNY1, except that i didnt put it in-game yet. i noticed because the 7 letters MCWILLI wasnt in there with the other portrait files. i think he just forgot to include him in the 4th TPU OR maybe he just named it differently. just to be sure, you might want to use the BIGGui to extract the fsh file for any of the xxWILLI's.big
edit: RJHNY1, i found marcus william's portrait. i believe it is named plyrprts~MWILLI_.big. just change it to plyrprts~MCWILLI.big or however it is spelled in your own 7 letter ID roster :wink:

Didn't work.

I had in my sgsm:

plyrprts~MWILLI_.big

and

plyrprts~MCWILLI.big

I took out "plyrprts~MCWILLI.big " and renamed "plyrprts~MWILLI_.big " to plyrprts~MCWILLI.big.

Now Marcus Williams has no portrait. It is blank.

What did I do wrong?

try checking in your roster folder and see how you have it spelled, then match it up with that.

You need to edit the .ebo file.
If you want, I will post a link to the fixed Marcus Williams portrait along with a fixed Marvin Williams and Sheldon Williams portrait.

I have no problem with them. I fixed it, but I was just wondering if you had a problem with them. I was wondering if the old portrait shows up instead of Joker's updated ones.
