Complete 2004-2005 Jersey Update RELEASED!!!!

you can grab it here

This patch:
-Includes all of the Home, Away, Alternate Jersey of everyteam's Jersey that is for the 2004-2005 season.
-Updates all of the Jerseys for the 2004-2005 season.
-Fixes and replaces all the logos and colors of the jerseys.
-Adds new texture for every 2004-2005 jerseys.

before i forget, this patch requires DANet's 2x Jersey Patch
