Just one thing, the tongue is to far down...

You still seem to have some small problems making more colorways out of your first one. I'm not very good in that either, but:
when you have black parts that should be white, try something with setting the layer from 'normal' to 'screen' and copy and paste the shoe pic under that 'screen' layer (maybe do that more than once)
when you have black parts that should be red (or another color except white), set the layer to 'screen' and put just a whole red colored layer under it. See what happens then... you can just cut out the parts of the shoe to make them have different colors.
when you have white parts that should be red (or another color again), set the layer to 'multiply'.
