Hey, Andy, here some suggestions for improvement:
1. Too dark
2. Doesn't line up well
3. More hair
4. More straightened hairline
And in general, you have to blend the hair a bit better.

The kobe patch is the best ive ever seen for 2k5..only problem is tht he isnt tht dark..atleast..i dont think so...i could be wrong.. GREAT JOB THO

Kobe is like a skin tone 3 or so, he's a lighter coloured brown . 
The face essentially perfect, just the face is too desaturated, it looks like he has no blood going to his face ie too gray..
The same with the hair above his forehead, its gray
