Here's my new "shiny" texture Denver Nuggets 2X Jersey patch. I edited the 2X EA textures, so they're not completely new, but they are highly edited so that they look a lot better. Features corrected colors and more detail.
This patch requires DANet's 2X jersey patch, also available at the link below.

I made a small mistake: I forgot to include the reflection .fsh files in the Nuggets Jersey patch. If you already downloaded the patch, you may want to check to see if you have the files "denvhomer.fsh" and "denvawayr.fsh" in the .zip file. If not, you may want to download it again (from the same link). I haven't rechecked it, but I think that if you don't install those reflection .fsh files to the "sgsm" folder, the reflections don't appear correctly.
If anybody has any problems, let me know.

UPDATE:
Here's my new Mavs court. It has the 25th anniversary logo, which can be removed (see te read me). Download it from http://www.nbalive.org.
I also added the American flag to the backboard. It's a minor detail, but it's something somebody once requested for my 2004 courts, and I figured out how to do it for 2005. I also increased the resolution of the nba logo on the opposite side.

and I downloaded the Bobcat ones from nbalive.org and they work fine

I have a problem that I just noticed when I played with the Nuggets and Bobcats. The jersey you made for the Nuggets doesnt have no name or number on the back of the jersey and it has like the number for the player like on the shoulder of the jersey for some reason. Same thing with iDioT's jersey patch for the Bobcats.
