yeah this really bugs me. i hope it does not auto sim anything anymore or else we will be forced to play a 82 game season.

I'll probably be the bulls and try to trade Tyson Chandler or Antonio Davis fo a good Power forward and a Center.

i'm not sure about this, but wouldn't it help if we just used the schedule screen to sim the games?

anyway, i would pick the spurs and try to trade for peja. the only players i'd not trade for him would be parker, barry, rasho, and duncan. they'd be my first five.

if not, maybe i'd go for the bobcats and try to get a rookie like pavel, or someone huge, then build around emeka and him... :cool:

you do use the schedule to sim the game but the problem with 2004 is, after you finish a game it auto sims up to your next game. if it still does that playing a 29 game season will completly suck as you are bound to miss important offer and such from the pda.

I would play as Philly. I would porpose a trade where I send Glen Rob, Mckie, and another players I dont like like Salmons, and get a player like Vc and Bosh well I may have to do some other stuffor add a pick or something but I will get VC and Bosh and AI on the same team.

i think im going to keep the grizz together because thats how it seems like they will be this season. prove to everybody that the grizz can make it to the playoffs with their original team. i will probably use the lineup of gasol at center and stro at pf too

My first trade will prolly have me trading Alvin Williams, Milt Palacio and Lamond Murray for an overpriced expiring PG. Or maybe ill deal Donyell to and get Kittles and Wilcox.

i'll probably use atlanta first. sign keon clark. i'll trade al harrington and kenny anderson for dunleavy, pietrus, and claxton. that'll give me:

C-Peja Drobnjak/Kevin Willis
F-Antoine Walker/Jason Collier/Chris Crawford
F-Mike Dunleavy/Boris Diaw/Josh Smith
G-Mikael Pietrus/Josh Childress/ Jon Barry
G- Speedy Claxton/Tony Delk

my team salary would be 39 mil. in the offseason. i'll draft the top center, and let antoine walker walk. i'll then go after jeff mcinnis, and since my team will still not be that good, i'll go after a top pf in the next draft. if all goes according to plan, my team should look like this after 2 seasons:

C-Drafted Rookie/Keon Clark
F-Drafted Rookie/Jason Collier
F-Mike Dunleavy/Boris Diaw
G-Mikael Pietrus/Josh Childress
G-Jeff McInnis/Speedy Claxton

championship in 2 years tops after that.

I'll probably win a championship in my 1st year....I've never in no Live series lost a series in the playoffs....all the teams that i suck against (Houston, Sacramento) never play me in the Finals...I play with Detroit so I always get weak opponents....perhaps this time Shaq will pose a threat. My most challenging series was a 4-2 win.....not even Dallas could beat me

Well, giving it some more thought and time I realized I will prolly sign Bo Outlaw (I will be wolves) then that is basically it.

Anyone know if the computer offers you trades? I didn't get any last years game.

hmmm- i'm gonna be the Lakers.

My first trade will prolly be somehow reacquire Fisher... and trade lamar Odum and Brian Grant for a decent PF...

Then I will have a starting lineup of:

C: Vlade
PF: ???
SF: George
SG: Kobe
PG: Fisher

I doubt it would work anyways... if the AI is smart... Fisher will not return to LA! lol

and another trade I will try is to trade Lamar Odom for Ray Allen. Love Allen's shooting. Then I would play Kobe at 3, Ray at 2, trade Caron Butler for a PG... Vlade at the 5 and Brian Grant at the 4!

I'll most likely use the Knicks for my "playing" dynasty (I'll have a few sim dynasties where I play the occassional game as well) and will try to unload Houston onto whoever is willing to take him. If I can get a big man in return I won't say no, if not, I'll take what I can get.
If that does not work, I might try to get rid of Starbury and let Jamal run the point.

Next would be Tim Thomas. I'll prolly try to trick the Pistons into exchanging him for Prince, or I'll put together a package and try to nab Artest from the Pacers (although this would prolly work better with Houston, if I take on Croshere or Pollard as well).

i just started a dynasty with the nets. i trade kidd and mourning for chandler, hinrich, and davis. i'll let davis walk, and draft a shooting gaurd. nenad krstic has a low rating but i love using him. he scores effortlessly ( i play on the third hardest level). chandler rebounds and blocks like a beast, and rj is insane. i'll be in the finals hopefully before my team fires me.

There are two things i would like to do in dynasty.

1. Be boston (fav team) and try and develop a strong bench. This will be what i probably will end up doing when i get the game (hasn't been released yet in australia)

2. Be Dallas and do what i have been doing in my current 2004 dynasty. I traded Stackhouse for Peja, they are what i believe equally good players in different fields of the game, this way i will have a dallas starting line up consisting on alot of 3 point shooters and just barrage teams with thrree pointers, live or die by the three thats the way to play. I only do this for fun! :cool:
