Flite, I deleted denvbbd.fsh and the backboard square is back to white. I played a quarter with the Denver Nuggets court and didn't have any problems. I'll do the same for Cavs and Raptors.

Jao, please do confirm you meant denvbbd.fsh, not denvbbd.ebo.

If it worked, why do you need Jao to confirm it?

One other correction you should make. The black Trailblazers jersey is supposed to say "Portland," not "Blazers." If you could convert from 06 or 07, that would be cool. The red Blazers jersey still say "Blazers."

I might convert the Portland jersey, but I havn't seen one made.

And do we extract that to sgsm/uniforms? Or just sgsm itself?

yes if you delete everything with bbd in it you wont have issues, however you will have the old 2005 backboard if you do that

As I said, delete the xxxxbbd.ebo and xxxx.bbd.fsh files from the sgsm. by the way everyone, I'l ask Lagoa and looser for permission to use their courts in 05, and give you guys all the files you need.

Since this thread is the update to 2005 thread, could we have a patch that will get rid of any evidence the Bucks wore purple?

1. This pic shows the purple Bucks logo and colors when you choose the Bucks as a team:

4. The Bucks arena should be updated with its colors. I'm not asking for a stadium update. Look at picture #1. You can see the old Bucks logo/colors on the big scoreboard on top and you can see the purple and green colored flags on the ceiling. Maybe leave the green, but just replace the purple with the red color? I don't care about the ads, just want to get the right colors throughout the game for the Bucks.

I think you have to change the teams colors in the teams.dbf

Flite_23 could do rosters (i could help with that), Rsox - courts, EMMJAY- headshapes (or cf's if ya do that ), RJHNY1- i am not sure wat u do atm but i wood love ur help! umm... is scorer20 2k5? he is a good pacther as well.....and joker can add in his portraits very nice how much ...let me no if i have missed anyone. I can help with some cf's, ratings (rosters) and art.

I got a little surprise coming along with the portrait background update, lets just say I got sick of orange.

I will start my rosters after the dynasty project is done, but to let you guys know how thorough I'm going to be, I ran a test season with the Atlanta Hawks updated to my new ratings with trade disabled and had results near perfect. Only problem was the bench players didn't get enough minutes but that has been a staple of Live for years now. I may be able to fix it up quite a bit with a new version of my simeng.

I have a far better knowledge of how the ratings work now than I ever did with my roster (which by the way only updated star players) an I feel this may help bring Live 2005 back to life.

So, coming from me soon:

- Updated Portrait backgrounds
- Simeng V1.1
- Rosters V1.1
- Possibly a new Lighting patch
- 2007 Draftees for Dynasty mode (RyanP and I are working on it)
- Surprise update to refresh Live
- If the surprise update goes to plan, new Select team logos (no more dots)

I'll compile all of Lagoa's and Loosers courts (all 30 teams + ASG + Practice) tonight and release it for you guys, I got permission from them a few days back.

Out of those, this is all that is too be covered:

*Intro screen (partially covered)
*Player Updates
*New Logos/Art (may be covered at some point depending on how the surprise works out)
*Shoes (I don't think they are very necessary, and its a big job)

we also need to make new skin for 05 becoz there is no definition in the players i have no idea how to do that for 05 but we could convert the skinfiles from 06

Here are the things I would like to be done

High Priority
-Changing the coaches. I know Isiah Thomas of Knicks, Tony Barone of Grizzlies, and Eric Musselman of the Kings have to be put in. I'm not sure what other coaches will need to be put in, but I can look it up.

-Getting rid of all evidence that the Bucks wore purple. When you start a game with the Bucks, you can see the purple/green logo. When the Bucks go on a "12-2" run, the graphic that shows the team's logo is purple/green. Also, the various Bucks logos around the Bucks' arena has the purple/green logo. Those should be replaced.

-The logos start up screen need to be updated. RSox made it, but the link to d/l is broken and RSox no longer has it. If someone has the updated one, it would be cool if that person could release the file with the updated logos. The Pistons need to be changed from the horse logo to the red ball logo. The Bucks logo needs to be changed from purple/green to red/green.

-2 jersey updates: The black Trailblazers away needs to say "Portland" on it, not "Blazers." A Hornets Home jersey should be added...the one that says "Oklahoma City" on it. This should be an ADD ON, not overwriting the current "New Orleans" home jersey.

-Portraits, but Joker is taking care of that.

Low Priority
-Tattoos: A lot of players are missing tattoos. I would love to try my hand in this, but I don't have the program that the tattoo tutorial uses. Is there a free tutorial that I can use instead? This would be an update that I think I could help in.

-Replacing the download screens. A lot of players have changed teams. For instance, Baron Davis on the Hornets, Vince Carter on the Raptors, and so on. Suggested replacements should include Gilbert Arenas, Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki, Paul Pierce, Tim Duncan, Kobe Bryant. A healthy mix of the big stars of today.

-All 30 courts. I believe we already did the courts with the "major" changes, such as Bucks, Raptors, etc.

I can do a new startup screen to replace the Carmelo one. I need someone to post a picture thought of what photo I should use.

Shoes are not important. We aren't doing that.

RSox, I don't think it's necessary to replace the Carmelo one. He's on the Nuggets and there really isn't a problem there. Unless you want to do a more "updated" Carmelo, since he's added quite collection of tattoos and is wearing the white sleeve on the left arm now. I would rather players who are no longer on the team on the loading screens be replaced. VC on Raptors, Baron Davis on Hornets, etc.

I don't think we should do "favorite players" or "hey, what about my team?"

I think we should do the best players in the league who are not represented in the loading screens.

T-Mac, Lebron (I think he already has one), Arenas, Nash, Dirk, Wade, Kobe (in #24), Duncan, Pierce, and so on. Any of these guys to replace a loading screen would be great.

As for the shoes, it's unnecessary. I would make that the last thing to do. Besides, isn't there already a massive shoe patch on nbalive.org?
