hey conrad I hate to be a repetitive ass , but can you write some sort of step by step tutorial on how to A. Install these Jereys , and B. Make Jersey's

Like when i click on the picture thinking its gonna prompt somthing to download its just shows me the picture again , so as much as i love these jerseys , i have no clue how to use them.
