Tim Thomas

were talking about the first white guy to win the dunk comp here :P
Hes got athleticism trust me.

WANG ZHIZHI

Anfernee Hardaway

Mason is a 64

Which Mason? Roger Mason, Anthony Mason, cause I know Desmond Mason shouldn't be a 64.

Ronald Murray - 72, handles, hops, can shoot inside the arc and outside, extremely quick, and we've seen he can score, now if he added some defense to that he'd be much better.

Brent Barry? or Luke Ridnour

Brent Barry can pass, can shoot, can steal, can dunk, can rebound
but cannot defend anyone, 78

Jon Barry?

Easy there, Brent Barry isn't a bad defender (not some great defender but not bad, he's prett decent), but he's not a big scorer, that's probably all that would bring down his rating, and for the guy that said he's not atheletic, where have you been lol
Jon Barry should get a 60, he's a pretty veratile player and very good shooter, he has handles, can pass, shoot extremely well, steal and he's not a bad defender, he can also rebound okay.

I think Kwame will break the 70 rating mark by next year, did you see what he put up this year, with more minutes he can increase that 3-4 pts and 2 rebounds, and also get his steals and blocks to 1+ per game.

Tim Thomas 70... This guy is just about average on all game areas...

Yea a 6'10 SF/PF (not really) who's highest rebound average was 4.9 rebounds a game, horrible defender also, and not much of a passer, but he can score and shoot, and post up b/c of his height advantage. Not saying he shouldn't get a 70, cause I have him at 70 but he annoys me.

I think Wang would have like a low 50 rating, he's not that bad, he can shoot for a big guy.

Darrick Martin - 50 something, he's been around for a while, it's not like he emerged from nowhere, and this playoff performance won't give him much more, he can shoot, not some amazing shooter but like 75 FG and 73 3PT, can hit ft's, is decently quick and fast 80's, too old to really do much else anymore, but he can pass well, he is a PG.

Cuttino Mobley?

Tue May 25, 2004 10:11 am

78

Here It Comes, Robert "The Tractor" Traylor?

62
he shown some improvement this season
some dallas fans cried when Nelson traded him away for Nowitzki

As a chinese myself, i think WANG ZHIZHI is not good enough to play in NBA. The only reason why he is still hanging around, is because he is a 7-footer

how about Gooden ?

Tue May 25, 2004 2:25 pm

Gooden about 72/73. Tractor should be no higher than 55 IMO. And the only stats that got better were his ppg by 1.2 and his fg% in 1 extra minute per game. So he didn't really improve. PLus he's not gonna get a lot of athletic points.

He doesn't have a whole lot of athleticism anymore, I saw a Sonics game live and he wasn't very impressive. And that dunk contest win wasn't amazing.

Jamal Mashburn?

Mobley shouldn't be a 78, good shooter, good defender, and decent in the other things, not anything special on the boards, or passing, and he always plays a lot of minutes for the numbers he puts up. More like 73.

Gooden about 72/73. Tractor should be no higher than 55 IMO. And the only stats that got better were his ppg by 1.2 and his fg% in 1 extra minute per game. So he didn't really improve. PLus he's not gonna get a lot of athletic points.

1.2 points in a minute is pretty impressive, but is Traylor really that bad, think to yourself, the guy did get drafted high. He definately is not a bad player, he can score, rebound, steal (has really quick hands), block, and is actually pretty quick and atheletic for his size. The big thing with him is that he has no stamina, he can never play 30 minutes a game. I mean seriously, look at what he's putting up and what he had throughout his career compared to his minutes, it's really not bad.
If he ever lost weight developed some stamina and could actually play minutes, let's say 37 minutes a game he could be having let's say 13 points, 10 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.8 blocks. That's really not bad, but he's had a long time, he's just not motivated to do it.

I like your Gooden at 72, 73, people might not think so but he can do a lot of things, just isn't too smart a player which isn't reflected in ratings, he's got range, and can rebound, block and steal decently, and is very atheletic

Jamal Mashburn - Could retire because of lack of cartilage in his right knee, and I want his to leave NOH, but bad defender, average shooter, good post up player, not atheletic anymore, was never overly quick or fast, okay passer but assist are inflated due to dominating the ball, can't steal or block, and is a good rebounder, 75 rating for Mash.

Rasual Butler?

Tue May 25, 2004 8:20 pm

What happened to this guy anyway? He had an ok rookie year and then he's gone... I'd say 53... Ok player... Too dominating on Live 04 BTW.

Oh yeah... Francisco Elson?

Tue May 25, 2004 8:32 pm

56... For him i think

Grant Hill???

Tue May 25, 2004 10:57 pm

0...
He's going to be injured again!!!
I'm kidding (kind of)
So I'll just say 67.

Nick Collison?

Mon Jun 07, 2004 2:22 pm

Magloire - 70
Brown - 61
Lynch - 59
Wesley - 58
Davis - 87

Mon Sep 06, 2004 2:24 am

Tay Prince

Mon Sep 06, 2004 5:20 am

Antonio Mccdyse?

Mon Sep 06, 2004 8:58 am

Im a big Rip Hamilton Fan (UCONN baby!) but 90 is too much. McDyece is a 69 if Healthy.

Ben Gordon

Mon Sep 06, 2004 9:52 am

i know 90 is a little too much............. but rip was wreckin in the playoffs, i remeber me and my brother were watching the first round when they were playin the bucks and my bother said them pistons are gonna be in the finals this year and i said there playin the suck a$$ bucks (bucks fans no effense)............. boy was i wrong, dang pistons

Mon Sep 06, 2004 10:58 am

rip should be about an 80 to 85 atleast

Penny hardaway?

Mon Sep 06, 2004 11:09 am

I'd give Rip an 80 since he improved in assists, but I wouldn't say he's one of the league's best. He was amazing in the playoffs as was Ben Wallace and Billups. I expect to see those three have good ratings in 2005. Ben Wallace 83, and Billups 77.

Penny Hardaway used to be my favorite player back in Orlando, and right now, I'd give him a 67.

Another former favorite player... Reggie Miller?

Mon Sep 06, 2004 11:12 am

Reggie's got a nice three but lets not get carried away-65

Mon Sep 06, 2004 11:13 am

how bout Duan Howard?

Mon Sep 06, 2004 12:08 pm

mikebballin wrote:rip should be about an 80 to 85 atleast

Penny hardaway?

From what? Not having a consistent outside shot, averaging less rebounds per minute than Chauncey Billups while being a 6'7 SG, being just an average defender, and having handles that would scare the fiercest man?

He should be a high 70, like 76-78, at most he'd be an 80 right on. You don't get a high rating for jut being a scorer and nothing else, average players on championship teams alway get overatted by the masses. The guy isn't even as good as Michael Redd, I mean he was in Washington before the Pistons, and he won squat.

GordonBulls wrote:close this, no way in hell kobe should be lower than 95

lol he could be a 94

David Wesley 58? Magloire 70? and PJ Brown 61?
What kinda crack did you buy [j/p], but really, Wesley will be like 68, PJ Brown like 72, and Magloire about a 76.

how bout Duan Howard?

Juwan? 73, if he was a better rebounder he would go higher, but he's a pretty weak rebounder for a PF.

Elton Brand [This'll be interesting ]

Mon Sep 06, 2004 4:47 pm

my bad it is juwan  ................. anyways elton brand-78
