For Pink Headed Players. . .

I hope this helps all those with pink headed problems. . . .
This is my SGSM with 07 Generic Cyber Faces which look good in game anyway. . .

Just paste in your main NBA Folder and overwrite playerfaces.viv

Just one question for anyone who can help. For the missing players who still have pink heads (most reserve players but Garbajosa for Toronto), how can I edit it and create a face myself with the In Game player editor?

I think it is something like editing the players.dbf and set IsCreated to True, but I do not know what next.

Also, I have a problem with the Sacramento Kings court (ARCO). Whenever I play there, it crashes before starting the game. Can I change their default stadium to be a different one?

Download the stadium update for all the teams in the downloads section so that none of the stadiums will crash.

I had the same problem with Sacramento stadium. It's the one off Jao's converted total stadium update. Best you go to the 07 section and download either Looser or Lagoa's Sacramento court without putting anything with bbd.ebo in it.

Thank you. I managed to install the new ARCO arena and fixed the problem.
I just need some faces that are shown in pink (Garbajosa, Sergio Rodriguez...). I could go one by one trying to find if someone has done them but it would be easier to edit the players face using the internal game editor.

Is that possible? I edited players.dbf and changed the isCreated value to True. But that alone does not work. I might have to change something else.

how did u manage to install the arco arena?

i have downloaded lagoa and looser's court updates...but still,it did not work.

Hi

You probably need to delete first whatever files you have for that arena in sgsm. I think they all start with sacr..... and then put the ones you downloaded (not necessarily the same number of files you deleted, might be less than what you had)

One question: What are ebo files? I found the Garbajosa cyberface for 07 with a fsh file and several ebo files. Just copied the fsh and it worked (game crashed if I put all files). Can I just do that with every player? Get it from 2007 faces and copy the fsh only?

i am not familiar with those ebo files mate..sorry

wow..the game is getting at par with the latest lives (not graphically though..haha)

the only thing missing are the latest coaches,torrence kinsey's cyberface and the latest draft class..

but those are just minor things...they are worth the wait (Hopefully..if somebody will make them)

I do hope and pray that the Masters Of NLSC will continue to update this Game (Live 05)

yea, you can just put the 07 fsh file in the sgsm. it will be fine. if it came with other 2 ebo files , the one that is not the hair.ebo u have to edit in hexedit im pretty sure. change the headshape to A i think. u dont use the hair ebo at all. converting 07 to 05 will help with your pinkheads (if you have any).

Can you please explain that about editing the ebo file? With what program can I open it?

For example. The file for Jorge garbajosa has:
jogarba.fsh
jogarbaB.ebo
jogarbaB_hair.ebo
jogarbaB_headband.ebo
jogarbaB_google.ebo

I just copied the first one and seems to work. What are the others for and what should I do with them?

I included all the ebo.s from my file into the pink head patch you just need to find their cyberfaces. . . I even got all the new rookies .ebo from the draft project in that thing they just need one of uto's, KJ's, Cervs', or Argets' cyberface patches (Y)

I have managed to get 2007 rosters, cyberfaces (most of them high quality, not just the internal ones) and portraits for every single player :mrgreen:

, plus hi def jerseys and courts for every team. Also adjusted a few ratings for some players. Loads and loads of testing, involving every team, every player and not a single crash to desktop or pink player face. Just two minor issues and then I will upload my sgsm folder so you can all use it if you want and play 2007 season:

- Sacramento kings court: First row chairs are pink (had to delete some files because game crashed and that might be the cause)
- Houston Rockets jersey: The second number on players with two digit number (10 onwards) looks a bit weird. Single digit numbers (1..9) are ok.

Also 4 or 5 pink headed coaches. None of the three problems is a big deal but will try to solve them before I upload the folder. :wink:
