NLSC Roster Update v1.13 Released

From the main site:

The final 2004/2005 season roster update (v1.13) for NBA Live 2005 is now available to download here. During the offseason, the update will contain a roster with updated offseason transactions (NLSC0506) as well as the opening night and final rosters for the 2004/2005 season (0405Opening and 0405Final respectively).

Key features of v1.13:
- Final 2004/2005 Season Rosters
- Player ratings updated

Please note that v1.13 does not contain any draft prospects, this year's rookie crop will be added in v1.14 coming some time after the draft, most likely next weekend at the earliest.

Ah. No I didn't, as this was the final 2004/2005 update. The next update will be the first real offseason update with the new rookie class, updated years pro, transactions, etc. v1.13 is an end of season update.

But on the subject of offseason trades, I prefer to wait until they're official before I make them in case they fall through.

Andrew, I totally agree with you because for the moment, only one site has wrote that the deal is done but none of the Kniks', the Suns' or the NBA's sites has officialised the deal...

Mbenga's in the roster by default and is still there in my update, though I haven't included Corsley Edwards.

Sorry, that has to be done with a face patch. I only make roster updates.

Yes, for the first update at least the draftees are going to have faces made through the in-game CAP.

I don't see why I'd create all the draftees except for Mahinmi so yes, he'll be there. If I omit any draftees, it's usually late second round picks I can't find much information on. I then add those players as soon as possible.

Okay, I said that because I thought you'd use Zach or Misow -Ryan Draft Pack to make the cyberface, and that Mahinmi was'nt in their draftees...

remember to add Ukic for the Raptors.

Again, I'm creating all the draftees (late second round picks that lack a lot of scouting reports a possible exception for v1.14, though I'll add them eventually), so I don't need reminders to add anyone.

Are you starting the ratings from scratch? And which CFs will you be using?

I downloaded and installed this patch and i've noticed that there are players without portraits.

I tried to create their portraits and placed the .big file in the sgsm folder. When i run my NBA game and click on that particular player the game exits.

Yeah, but I'll be very grateful for corrections after the release of v1.14.

obyslaboratory: Some of the missing players don't have portraits, though this shouldn't cause a crash.

I know Andrew that's why i tried to make portraits for these missing players but then it crashes my program.

i can't figure why... please help
