Buzzer beaters

Anyone ever hit a shot from beyond quarter or half court in 2005? I've yet to see one go in yet from me or the cpu

Not yet. I hit a couple after the buzzer (just taking wild shots as the rest of the players were leaving the floor) in NBA Live 2004 and possibly one this year, but no, I haven't made any Hail Mary threes that counted thus far.

I got one from underneath the basket (of the opponent) but it was after the buzzer.

i hit 1 from tha Logo at mid court it was dunk/lay-up button too

Once CPU hit buzzer beater from another free point line...

I was playing against the Clippers and Maggete made one from own free throw line, although it was after the first quarter, so that wasn't that bad really. But I can't recall myself hitting one of those long tosses.

I havent hit those much since I usually dont try them that often. I have hit two buzzer beaters just inside the midcourt line though, ince getting the game to overtime.

Computer has made these on me more often as they try them every time as well.

once at the halftime buzzer for me, nash hit a layup from halfcourt ... lol

and yesterday i was playin and damon jones hit a halfcourt early release lean in shot wen i was down 87-88. so i won at the buzzer 90-88

I hit some from halfcourt but not from much farther...

I havent seen any big-time buzzer beaters in 05' yet
The longest I have hit was like a 1 1/2 behind the 3 Pt. line

GPayton hit a Fadeaway Half Court (Couple CMs Inside) Jumper. I cant make any layups past the Free Throw Line though =\.... And Anything passed Half Court = A No NO.

Its like 1/100000000000000000000000000000....
Keeps going , chances to make one....


But ive never made a buzzer beater, just some random shots far away.

never made one from half court, just hit some shots a couple of feet away from the 3 point line

I hit one with Jackson Vroman in the Suns FROM MY OWN KEY!!! Everybody was leaving the floor so I did that shot where you jump sideways, and BOOM!! I got it! So I'm screaming to my friend and he's like "What, huh??" and didn't see it!!!
I almost cried.
And like 2 hours ago, Radmanovic got one from half court with 3 seconds left in the half.

I had maybe my worst NBA Live experience on a buzzer: My Bobcats game was tied, and I made a steal with Eddie House with 5 sec or something left on the clock. So I go for the wide open lay-up, but he misses. I can't believe what I'm seeing, but then the worst thing happens: The CPU takes the rebound and launches from my free throw line and hits it, so I lose the game...after having an open lay-up with 2.5 secs left...

I've hit one before, CPU has never hit one though.

Once during halftime as everyone headed for the bench I threw up a fading 3 pointer from half court and it swished.

My bro just hit a 3 with Chucky Atkins when Ben Wallace was in his face to win the game against me

i lost the All Star game when the East shot from 3 and it was an air ball but Atoine Walker (i think) got it under the basket and made it with the buzzer!!!

I don't know if you can do it in 05, but in 04 you could shoot as far as the opposite free throw line and make it.

Landed a buzzer beater with less than a second left to pip the bobcats 83-81 . I led all through the game then relaxed only to trail then fall over the line.

the computer did, once... i should have won that game...

I hit one yesterday. I was the Heat playing the Jazz and with 1.3 seconds to go Chris Borchardt hit a 15 footer over Shaq. I was so pissed! I called a TO, gave the ball to Wade on the run and pulled up from 20 at the buzzer, didn't even follow through and sunk it. I jumped up hands in the air! My mom almost passed out laughing.
