NBA Live 2005 Release Date Thread

Just as we did last year, we'll keep all the discussions regarding the release date in one central, stickied thread. Once more reliable dates are posted, feel free to post them here.

All dates are subject to change.

North America:
PC-CD: October 27th, 2004
PS2: September 29th, 2004
Xbox: September 29th, 2004
Gamecube: September 29th, 2004

Other areas will generally be about 2-3 weeks later.


Last year we did a great job scouting the releases for our area, so let's keep our ears to the ground and keep each other informed by sharing our findings.

Release date for USA: 4 October 2004.
Acording to EBGames and GameCube Europe

European release seems to be 15 October 2004.
Acording to Game-and-Fun.de.

These dates are more than likely to change though...

Europe: October 15th, 2004

In England it always gets put back about 2 weeks so i think France and England will get it about the same time.

The first post has been updated with the latest North American dates, which pretty much rules out the dates for the rest of the world. As always, if you have any info, please let us know.

Man, I guess it gonna be the same thing for me as prev. years!
I'm chasin' the game through whole sweden frome november til december which is always delayed.
Then I wish the game for xmas, I don't get it and have to buy it myself later in early january

Okey this has only happend twice, and the last time '04 I got it after xmas from my bro and mom

anybody remember the delay on 2001? that really pissed me... over 2 months after the first promised date....

I remember. Fortunately we haven't experienced the same kind of delay since then.

gamespot has NBA Live 2005 coming out October 5th. Subject to Change most likely though.

watch the developer interview, he said NBA Live 2005 will come out the first week of October, and the date on there is October 5th
