Help with this jersey

I made this jersey along time ago and i was wondering how i could make it be a practice jersey for the Miami Heat in the 2005 nba live game. I made this using Paint Pro.

Can anyone help me on this? Can i rename it to a .viv file or anything or how i import it??

Uh, that's a different format to the 2005 jersey format. So I don't think it'll work.
