BAYAG's 1992 Dream Team convertion to NBA Live 2005

Hello everyone, I just wonder If I have to make BAYAG's 1992 USA Dream Team to work on NBA Live 2005, what are the necessary files that I need to convert? I'm planning to just edit the International All-Stars (if anyone could teach me how to edit teams) instead of adding it as a custom team. Anyone willing to help out?
