need FSHline

can anyone tell me where can i get FSHline, besides EAmods.com? i hate registering for sites that i only use once for getting things and never using the account again. i saw at eamods they have it but it says that i am not allowed to download. so thanks if that someone can tell me where to get FSHline

to import numbers, do you need anything else to use with FSHline?
also, how do i use it? when i try to open, a window comes up in a ms-dos mode and at the bottom it says unsuccesful termination
edit: i now partially know how to use it, but now the thing is when i dropped the xxxxyyyy_num.fsh file into fshline, it gives me index.fsh and bitmap files only[no png] and no dds file. so now when i go into photoshop and opening the file, its non-transparent. so what can i do in order to use fshline to make it export transparent png files so i can import atlanta 08 numbers for 05?
