i need a certain importing program

is there a program where, i think its similar to FSHx, but when you import BMPs, you still have the transparency in it? cause whenever i use FSHx to import an extracted BMP, it gives me the image, but with a black bg behind it. whats this certain ptogram called? here is an example of the trouble im having when using FSHx

with FSHx? it only lets me export/import .BMP or .DDS though. unless you got some sort of plug-in for me i could use for FSHx?

PNG's don't show up for you to select, you have to write in the filename. Example, save a PNG file called Image to the desktop, open FshX, import, go to the desktop and type in "Image.png" and import it.
