Primacy edit in Dynasty

Did anyone mentioned, that when aou edit (dbf) the Primacy ratings, for example did Poseys Primacy from somthing about 80 to 56, then played, the Primacy jumps to 80 again. Thats really annoying if you want realistic Scores.
