MY GAME CRASHES HELP PLEASE

My laptops specs all pass the 2005 game requirments
However when I load anything in the game, the game crashes back to the desktop. Does anyone know why this is happening and can tell me how to fix it. I would really apreciate it. thanks

Try the Tech Issues section instead of General Issues
