Gamestats?

I got the copy of nba live 2005 and i use the no cd patch so i dont have to use my cd to play but when i save gamestats it crashes my game, but i can save playerstats just fine, anybody know whats wrong here? It will save gamestats is saved as team name but there not im my gamestats folder.
