What's the difference?

Between this and this?

What do ATI, AIW, Radeon, AGP and the numbers (9550, 9800) mean?

I'm looking at getting a new video card, and I don't want to spend more than $200 at the most. Also, what's the difference between a video and a graphics card? All these letters and numbers confuse me. Btw, right now I have an Intel Integrated video card that came with my PC which my dad bought last Christmas.

Okay, but why? 9550 is 256 MB, and 9800 is 128 MB. Is the 9550 that much worse, or is it still good, because I don't know if I can convince my dad to buy a $200 video card if the PC cost us $500. :?

9800 has a much faster core, amount of memory doesn't matter really.
easiest way is just judge them by the number, the higher the number, the faster the card.

Finally convinced my dad to look at it, but there's one problem.
The site does not ship to Canada and I have a feeling the price is in American dollars :?

Thanks, but I bought the 9550 at Best Buy this morning for $199, my dad didn't really care about the price. I had to get the 9550 because they no longer sell the 9880 without the TV Tuner, and I didn't want that. Just out of curiosity, how long do you think it will be before the 9550 is too outdated to use?
