Off hand, I don't know for sure, but have you looked at Andrew's roster?

yeah! got a copy of andrew's roster but these players are still not included.

If those players were recently signed by teams, just wait for Andrew's next update, it will be completely accurate up to the release date.

Those players (or at least a few of them) hadn't signed as of the last release. Anyone who has been signed should be in the roster, though if I'm not aware of the signing (some of the potential training camp fodder signings don't get much publicity) I may miss a couple. I do my best to get all the no-names in though.
