Update Does Not Work

I updated from the site and it doesn't work. I still have to reload my roster every time I start the game.
I downloaded the file and it doesn't install de update.
Anyone could help?
I reinstalled the game a couple times and nothing.

strange... if you do a clean install without any patches, the update should work. what error does it give you when it doesn't install?
