What do I do when I get a small pop-up that say not a valid win 32 application The file can be downloaded this happens when I click on the file to open

it says it a RAR file first of all I must right click on it and save target as to download no problem i've use winzip thats no good either what can I use to open the file. My system is Windows XP

WinRAR. Then just follow the instructions that comes in the readme.
