What do you mean? Be more specific. If you want to create him, do it yourself. If you want a cyberface, you probably need to post a good picture of him.

A cyberface is basically the players head and face. For example, many patchers make cyberfaces of new rookies so that they will have realistic faces in the game.

If you want to make Tupac, there is a create-a-player feature in the game (I'm sure you know that), you can use it.

If you also want a cyberface, which will give him a much more realistic face than you could do with create-a-player, you can ask someone here to make it for you, I'm sure someone would be happy to do it, just post a good pic of his face.
