wayne simien cyberface and portrait not working

why is my wayne simien cyberface and portrait not working! i have the correct files in sgsm folder. could someone explain what needs to be right and match for it to work for me please. i think i have andrew roster v1.15 with lpasso rookie patch installed. there is no portrait there the guy (with the dark face) and the cyberface looks nothing like it is suppose to

Check the player.dbf file for your roster, and make sure that Wayne Simien's line says he's not created, he has a facepatch and he has an ID, which should be WASIMIE. Also check the appearance.dbf (same roster) and make sure his face ID is -1, and the ID is, again, WASIMIE. 
And I'm going to see them in Toronto!
