Sorry, didn't mean to brush over that post. The reason is simple - I haven't seen all of these guys play, I don't always have a lot of information on them. In those cases, I have to guess or assign fairly generic/average ratings and rely on more information and corrections coming my way.

I was thinking in the lanes of "we don't know if they'll play their level in the NBA", but since some of the rooks has impressive ratings without ever appering in the NBA the case could be made that either both or neither get decent ratings.

Take Macijauskas - a deadly shooter. Stated by others on this board, by everyone that have seen him play and so on. and yet a 70-ish rating in FG 3-pts. Seems off to me.

Jasikevicius with a 55? A proven PG who ripped USA a new one in the olympics? Maybe not a 80, but 55?

I understand why you've rated them this way, but it's so far off I really think it should be adjusted.
