mesh holes on background..HELP(w/ picture)

pls help me how to make a mesh like holes or what ever its called on the background images. its a photoshop effect but i cant find where it is and i dont know whats its called.

this was discussed back then i just cant find the thread..

what do you mean, 'on the background images'? you can download a mesh template for jerseys under Downloads>NBA Live 2005 Jersey Patches>Jersey Templates, is that what you mean?
