Game crash help

My game crashed to the desktop when i start up a exhibition game or slam dunk contest. Please help. my system is dell 4600/768 mb ram/geforce4 mx 440 w/8xagp.2.40 ghz, Thank you for your help

that G-Force mx 440. is it only 32 mb? :?:

I am not positive, i think it is 64 how can i tell exactly?

which drivers are u using? try older/newer ones. get a program called belarc, and post the results somewhere so we can see what system you have.

if you are usin xp go to the control panel and look under manage. search for the display adapters and view its specs.

if you are using win98 right click on the mycomputer and go to properties and check also in the devices. under the display check the info of your display adapter.

when the computer boots up there is a breif time that your video card info pops up. it will display its memory.


:arrow: although it is known to work with most 64 mb cards. nbalive 2005 minimum reqs is actually a 128mb monster video card :shock:

Here are my system spec.
Intel Pent 4 2.40ghz with sse2 769 mb of ram
Geforce 4mx440 w/8xagp 64mb.
I just downloaded some newer version drivers for the card and that is when the problem is happening more often.
Before it would flicker alot during instant replays and the slam dunk contest.
So I am guessing it is the drivers,Thank you for all your help.
Also what is a good card to upgrade to to play live and other games.
